From January 2001 through December
2008 SOSTENICA
has created opportunities
for Nicaraguans in the form of 25,013 loans worth $13,919,958. SOSTENICA
has
also donated $160,500 (as of December 2008) toward training CEPRODEL'S
staff and clients in sustainable farming and business practices.
As of February 2009, SOSTENICA
has a portfolio of $1,952,250 at work
in Nicaragua.
